Payments & Cancellations

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment we kindly ask you to provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel or rearrange 24 hours prior to appointment will result in loss of treatment from a prepaid package or a cancellation fee of £25. Further appointments cannot be made until fee has been paid.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Quotations

Quotations are given during the consultation and are valid for 3 months. Please discuss with therapist if there are uncertainty.

Laser treatments

We will always assess the treatment is suitability for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. Each client responds differently to laser therefore if you are a non-responder no refund is applicable. Most cases laser is responsive.

Promotions & Events

True beauty supports and sponsors events where we offers vouchers. Only one can be redeemed against a treatment. All promotions are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with promotional vouchers or other promotions. Any promotional offer or vouchers must be mentioned at the time of booking.
